Finally, a way to keep photos of the same thing, organized through time. No more scrolling up and down your gallery to show people “this is what it looked like”, and “this is it today”. Add update photos to any existing photo/pin in SiteCam to create a Photo Update Timeline.

Recording site conditions or installations as they progress can save you in a dispute. Record structured evidence by linking related photos together so it’s easier for you to find in a hurry, and easier for others to understand. Each update has its own description field and set of Tags to help record what’s changed.

Communicate

Which freshly painted wall is that? Link it to the original. Anyone in the project can add photos to a Photo Update Timeline, so you can log an issue and your colleague can add the photo update when it’s resolved.

Each update on the timeline contains a Comment thread so you can @mention people when an update happens, or when their input is needed. Notifications take them to the update so they can understand quickly and contribute.

Show Timelines in Reports

When you include photos from a Photo Update Timeline in your report, they are all shown in the same section, neatly organized from old-to-new. Making the information so easy to understand it’s impossible to ignore.
