How has your work changed with SiteCam?
Before SiteCam, our process to document completed work was simple, but very slow. We would create a list of completed work with allocated numbers in an email and include a string of images as attachments. This was not clear for the client as the images did not correlate easily to the emailed list and the lack of time stamps could discredit whether the work had been completed in the first place.
Now I am able to generate a report within moments that details everything automatically. My favorite part is the mapping application, it’s really nice for clients to see.

What do you like most about SiteCam?
The time-saving aspect, the ability to collaborate with multiple individuals on a single project, and particularly the option to position items on a plan are all significant benefits.

When do you use SiteCam?
Predominantly, It’s been a game-changer for evidencing completed work. Coordinating parties to review completed work is difficult, having photo evidence with mapped location to help the client understand where/what has been completed gives them a sense of control.
How much time are you saving?
It saves me around 5 hours a week (based on one of my contracts), meaning that my clients gain more of my hours ‘on the tools’. I see value in them gaining value. I’m thinking of trialing it for surveying and quoting jobs to save my other trades from even needing to visit site.
